this isnt a bout me... its just my opinion... every1 can model if u just overlay ur models with other ppls models

its the same with drawing, every1 can draw when they trace, but not every1 can draw freehand out of own mind.


and lemme tell you something about copyrights and autorrights.
An IDEA of something cant be protected with copyrights or autorsrights... its an idea, if an idea was copyrighted, than there would be only 1 goku, gogeta, vegeta, whatever model... no other models (i know this doesnt make sence but hang on )

A layout... workingmethod, appearance etc: this CAN be protected with copyrights and autorsrights... cuz thats something unique

now, lets just imagine: smo made his goku, and he uses a modelling method unique to himself (wich it is, cuz smo is the only 1 i know with this modelling technique, xcept for u kreshi... if some1 shows me a model of smo, but he doesnt tell me smo made it.. well im 100% sure that ill know that smo made it..)
so, lets go on with imagining.. if smo, put autorsrights on his models (no copyright cuz funamation has the copyright of the ->2D<- layout of the dbz chars) so, smo ahs autorsrights.. and kreshi comes over here showing a model, wich used the same modelling method/technique... well kreshi would have been involved in a serious judicial conflict, and he will have to pay..

thus: smo hasnt got autorsrights on his style... so its legal for kreshi to make his models like that, and we cant ban him for that, nor warn him for that, but, that doesnt take away that i can have a personal grudge against him.. the thing i said about not able to model, was a personal statement, has nothing to do with me being moderator.. i wont warn him, close this thread whatever, just because i hate him cuz he discusts me with his modelling...

Don´t talk so much **** man!!!!
This Thread is about "my" Goku model, and for this model I drawed my own ref pics, so do not say to me that I am just an "copyer" and can´t draw freehand to make my own ref pics!!!
And "MAN", taking other "MODELPICS" as refs or drawing his own, don´t have any difference!!!
NO sorry, it haves differences!!! If you draw your own pic, the model will look much better!!!! (because using pics for example from SMO the model will look much more ugly!!)

And if you think I can´t model than think so... I don´t live to modeling for other people, I live to live and have fun with my friends and with girls and and and....
I just model if I am sooo much bored from school and my friends are very tired from working!! If you know what I mean...
I don´t care if you don´t like any of my models, because I do it for fun!! I don´t earn money if I make a model!!!! If my model would be the baddest, I wouldn´t earn less money from that!!! If I would make the BEST model ever, i also wouldn´t take any money!!!!
And I absolutly don´t care if you hate me, because I don´t know you and you don´t know me!!! You normaly absolutly can´t hate me, because you don´t know how I am!!! You just know that I used 2times for my models any pic of any model of SMO, and now you hate me because that...
You have to accept other peoples opinions and not just close my threads and warned me, or hate me, because I used any of SMOs modelpics as refs... (I mean for my Gogeta and a little little little little little little.... blablabla bit for Buu, but really not for this Goku...) if you know what i mean....
And I also said I am sorry, because I used his pics as refs!

And I haven´t ever said to you that I hate you or whatever, just because you said it to me "I hate you"... If you know what I mean... *sorry for my bad english*
And I also didn´t said I hate you because you attack me, because I used any of SMOs-modelpics as refs for my models!
Man you can say what you want, it´s your opinion! But if you attack me for "legal" things, i really can´t understand and accept that!
But I try to better myself, and didn´t used any pics of other models to make "this Goku"! I know I am not the best and I never said I am the best and I never have wanted to compare myself with other people!!! I just model!! If you like it you like it, if not, than give crits what I can change, and I will try to make it better
In my "REAL LIVE" (lol) nobody hates me, because I am a very friendly and active person! You don´t know me, so please don´t hate me :smile:
But if you all don´t like my models, and don´t want that I modeled for "you" anymore, than say it to me, and I will stop modeling for "you"! Modeling isn´t my live and it will never be my live, but you acts like modeling is my/your/blablabla live, but it´s not!!!
I am really sad about your opinions guys...
But whatever, I hope in real live you are better persons (if you have a real live, lool^^)

DO NOT ANSWER TO THIS AND CAN A MOD PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD?
YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS MODEL "FINISHED"!!! AND THE THING WITH THE PROPORTIONALS... THAT HIS LEGS ARE TO SHORT AND BLABLALBA... IT IS ALREADY FIXED... THINGS LIKE THAT ARE SO EASY TO FIX GUYS... BUT WHATEVER; PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD!

and ehm, no u didnt use smos models as ref for ur goku, but that doesnt take away that i cant hate you for previous actions...
