Yeah then you could estimate what would be a good setting for deafault so that the n00bs dont all complain "all these graphics are making my computer slow"
Is it just basic console commands that adjust the level of particles? It would be cool for a little thing like the MP3 player to pop down and you move the slider to adjust how much particles you can see, just a suggestion.

Personally, the way I feel is that if your computer is bad enough to complain about FPS, you shouldn't be playing games

At least not modern games. Go and play some pacman or something Or at least get a new chip.....a 1800+ chip is only $223 for christ's sake

Vass, I got my 1800+ for $112, and the price has gone down since then. Very nice work, I think I played the movie a few times over. I have an 1800+ at 1840+ (overclockers rule!), 512 pc2100 DDR, GeForce 3 Ti200, 2x 30GB HDD, etc...

you should see this swwweeeet overclocker takes the processor down to minus 22 degrees or something about that. makes it run like a brute even when its small. an overclocker is a good idea if you have a bad PC and wanna make it good without buying new processor or motherboard on the older PCs as long as you remeber to turn the overclocker on or your chip will melt :cry:
