It's currently released in Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The next release is for Japan and after that we'll find out about an 'international' (english) release. You can play the Tawian and Hong Kong versions even if you don't live in those countries. I play the Taiwan version for example. It's not finished yet, as it's an mmo they are always adding things to the game.

When I found out it was an mmo and not like it was in the video I became sad, I was told it was just a cinematic. :/ .. is the mmo good though?

It's not good at all. Just like the WOW cinematics, the cinematic I showed you is nothing like the game. This means you can't probably even do half the things just like in that video, not to mention it has basic mmo principles like the holy trinity(well sorta) and other stuff like kill 10 of these then next quest kill 20 of these, congrats you lvled up.
I appreciated the fact that the MMO completely denies the existence of GT and makes some sort of continuation of the series with a new generation of Saiyans, Androids, Namekians, and Majins as they have mixed with the population of Earth. But some of the stuff is so weird and seems totally out of place, like how Buu got to have a GF and create his own race that becomes playable and many more things, like f-ing with the history of DBZ.

Also as it is now, you better get used to buttons in another language and all sort of other language barriers as there is no way of translating anything to relevant in that game, at least until something is done for a English release.

So you'll be better off enjoying the video, because admittedly it's the best thing about the game, and waiting for ESF:F rather then that half-a**ed MMO anyway.

The weirdest thing about this game, aside from many other things, is that you can't have black hair as a Saiyan. Huh...

You know not of which you speak. I have 4 characters, 2 Saiyans both of which have black hair -_-. The story is approved by AT, thus making it the 'official' continuation of the series. Flight has been added to the game as of a month ago, the flight combat system hasn't been added yet.

If I'm not mistaken in this game once you reach certain level or do something I don't really remember, your character ages. Tell me at what age, or level, or whatever, does the characters brown hair magically become black? It's still ridiculous why can't they be black-haired as kids and apparently as teens too as it was shown in the video, I can never understand.
Also they still f with the history of DBZ, I've stumbled upon a cutscene on youtube where the protagonists, the ones shown in the video, go back in time at the first battle between Goku and Vegeta(the one when he arrives with Nappa) somehow immediately unite with Goku and beat Vegeta together.

He contributed to the mixing of Sayians and Humans too, why does history need to be changed in such a way in another time, that instead of barely beating him like it happened in the Z series, they effortlessly beat him with the help of some more Sayians 2 Namekians and a girl, that appeared out of nowhere. They can have black hair as a kid, that's what I'm saying. Has nothing to do with them aging or not, as you can choose not to age if you want to. They just haven't used black hair on a kid in the intro videos yet. I'm sure that will change, as I'm guessing a new intro video is coming soon to mark the start of the Frieza section of the TMQ's. The age quest is a level 30 quest. As for the patterns on the Namekian face, there is an option to make them look like 'normal' with 'normal' antenna (is that what they are?) but the antenna are a little fat xD. They still do the egg thing. It's actually a skill for the Poko priest class, and they are like 2 or 3 random 'spawn' that fight for you.

Lastly, the thing with Goku. A quick gist of the story is that an evil organization named 'Dark Eye' (I believe is the translated name) is attempting to alter the past (to what end I'm not 100% sure on.) and you, are going back in time to make sure it doesn't happen. In fact, your very first 'Time Quest' is you going back to when Goku landed on Earth, you and Grandpa Gohan find him and you carry him back to Gohan's home, where he teaches you how to charge CP (Command points). It's not a fan service, it's a large part of the game. Currently they have reached Frieza in the TMQ's (Time Machine Quest), which are different then the starting TQ's in that, the TMQ you do with a party, and you get an item/zennie at the end, and the TQ you get a new ability.

IF I recall correctly Vegeta was quite confused about seeing a Saiyan with light hair when he saw future Trunks not knowing it was his and Bulma's son. He said all Saiyans have black hair and that's also what we saw, meaning it has to be a mix if not black.

There are no full blooded Saiyan player characters in DBO, they are a Human/Saiyan mix breed.

Damn you Koreans and other Asian developers for innovating but not making English versions!! (another example of a very innovative MMORPG Archage, available only in Korean)

Still I could never ever bring myself to get the patience to get through all those buttons that are in a different language even after I finish my final exams, so as I said before, instead of hoping for an English release of this MMORPG, which might not happen anyway cause Bandai is allergic to PC games in Europe, I'll be better off waiting for ESF:F and hoping to see some kicka#@% transformations there.
