What kind of music do you listen to? So I don't have to bother posting again, and to save you the time and effort of replying I'll just combine the future into one post.
Me: What kind of music do you listen to?
You: I listen to this certain kind of genre of music / multiple genre's of music.
Me: Really? I'm willing to be that those bands/artists/singers were influenced by MJ. I'm also willing to bet, that if MJ didn't exist, most of the music most of us know and love wouldn't be around. Not only has he changed the face of music, but the world itself.
He's in the guinness book of world records for donating enormous amounts of money to something like 39 charities.
Not to mention every one of his albums was a hit, one of them being the most sold album in the world, even to this day. Which means whatever music you like, he's beaten in sales. So, just because you don't like his music, doesn't mean he's bad. In fact, chances are more people like MJ's music than people like of the same type you like.
I'm not the biggest MJ fan, the only songs he sings I actually like are Thriller, Billie Jean, Black or White, Bad, Beat it, and Smooth Criminal. However, I won't deny the fact that he was truly an artist, and was amazing at what he did.
*I'm not talking about Michael Jackson as a person. I'm talking about Michael Jackson as an artist/dancer/singer/song writer. Whatever you want to call it. I can't make claims about his child molestation accusations, simply because I wasn't there I don't know what happened. One person said he did, one said he didn't, and all charges were dropped. So I can't support, nor deny those accusations.
