Include Funimation Music In Esf?

Hi, i was thinking about something here

I think that Adding Dbz Funimation music to the esf game could make it even more epic. For example when you're summoning the eternal dragon this theme plays. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgJ1heSrskY&feature=related

We have no legal right to use anything other than the SSJ3 theme (used for the main menu of ESF 1.2.3).

We got permission from Bruce Faulconer to use that. Thats about it.

Do you have a permission to create a DB game? My point being, add FUNimation music. It's awesome. In fact I prefer everything from FUNi over the original Japenese. Everything except mistranslations.

One thing is creating content thats based on something licensed. Directly using content someone else created is a different story. Fair use does not pull you out of that one.

End users can do this easily. Putting in additional music is very easy in 1.2.3, I expect it to remain the same.

i suppose creating a dbz mod is "legal" as long as dbz is not mentioned in the title, however music is a different story seeing as its created for the sole purpose of DBZ anime. So ripping it would not be tolerated without authorisation.
