you can't on milkshape... try a UV mappin gtool like 3dwings or Gmax

wtfu cant skin on milkshape dont they have programs that u candownload for making skins and putting them on yur model for milkshape or do u import your mod from milkshape to gmax and skin it there?

you dont skin in any modelling program directly.

you do the actual skinning in virtually ANY image editing application.

Well, to explain it better to him. All you have to do is uv map it... Then take teh image into photoshop or some other image program and then edit away :]
