Um.. Ninja Scroll is worth watching but it is in no way 'revolutionary' nor does it change how you view other anime.. lol

NGE (Neon Genesis: Evangelion) was quite simply the most awesome anime ever made. There are so many layers to it, and issues. It's not funny as something with a name like "Great Teacher suchnsuch" or as actiony(although it does have some good mech stuff) as Hellsing, but it's really the best anime I've ever seen. It's very deep, especially if you can be bothered watching (and actually trying to understand) the last two episodes and the two movies.

Yeah, Ninja Scroll is good, but not revolutionary really. Lot's of blood though.

NGE isn't really like Gundam. I haven't watched a lot of Gundam, but the NGE series is a one off. There isn't really any room for another series, and it was written that way. NGE goes into a lot of religous and emotional concepts and ideas. Very deep, like I said before.

Perhaps the fact that it was the first anime i ever saw has something to do with it..

I'm currently watching it. I recently got a hold of all episodes, including the special #27 =) So far I like this anime alot. And I'm at episode 5 right now ^_^ (Also the BGM is quite catchy as well)

You must watch all 4 of the Rurouni Kenshin OAV's. They are just... awsome. It will leave you wanting more in the end.

Trust\Betrayal and Reflection...oh my. Beautiful when it's violent and calm. If you watch the series first the OAV's will be that much better.

Cowboy Bebop (Ein = teh pwn)


On a side note, Cowboy Bebop is the only anime I have ever seen where the dub was equally as good as the sub. Bandai did a fantastic job on it.

A little update from whats going on the last week :

I was verry busy lately and have only seen 4 epps of 'Outlaw Star', but so far it is kewl :].

So I'm gonna make some time free this week for watching more 'Outlaw Star'.

Naruto is good. You can download episodes
(No, this is not Warez, because Naruto is UNLICENSED, which means it is Legal to trade) that are fansubbed at http://www.animesuki.com or http://www.saiyaman.net
The Toriyama's World and Anbu fansub groups do the best job, Saiyaman comes out with them quicker but they're less quality.

Each ep is about 120-180MB, 23:19 duration, and DIVX quality.

Naruto is one of the more entertaining animes I've seen. It starts off slow, but around episode 6-10 it takes off, and from 30 on, it's exceptional.
