Eye Lazer and Candy Beam

Candy beam and eye laser are finishing weapons to kill someone after you have kicked them like in a wall, they are not ment to attack someone with full hp

Exactly, the points in their favour (unblockable etc.) are designed specifically to be used in hit and run tactics. Not in your face zap then get smashed thing.

Look. Eye laser isn't as powerful as Frieza's finger laser nor is it stronger than a fully charged generic beam, but you should use it the way I use Frieza's finger laser.

Play as piccolo. Grab the opponent. Throw the opponent. Hit key #5 to auto-switch to eye-laser (I THINK its #5). Turn on your turbo. You're already aimed perfectly after the throw. Laser him.

The damage will add up in the end and its a lot better to do that then try and chase them down with teleports for a melee hit before they recover. It also is MUCH better than trying to laser them while they're moving around. It may not nearly kill them like frieza's lasers, but the damage will certainly add up.

I think, if anything, they should lower the Ki cost at least.

Eye laser is useless, i'd rather just hit them with a minimum beam cannon.....
