ESF STEAM ICON
Fixed icon for the new Steam

- Added small and big Earth's Special Forces icons for Steam
- Edited liblist.gam for default ESF and for Metamod users
- Replaced old ESF game icon with the correct one
- Also changed ` to ' in the game name for the correctness ^^

INSTALLATION

- If you're playing default ESF without mods, paste "default" folder content into your "esf" folder
Else if you have Metamod (AMXX/EVM/ECX/other mod which uses Metamod) installed, paste "metamod" content into your "esf" folder
- Restart Steam
