Esf open beta problem

Ok i downloaded and installed it and it launches but when i try loading a server lan game or sometimes when it loads and i see the character list the game crashes maybe u know what is causing this ? thx for the help

You need to give us more info.
Like: Are you using Half-Life1 through Steam(legally purchased)?

Are you using OpenGL in the video settings?

Well yes im using a legal hl 1 and yes im using opengl option

Maybe some of your files wasn't installed correctly.. Try reinstall

Tried that several times didnt help ... btw maybe its because my windows is vista (tried making compapability for xp and some others didnt work either)

Shouldnt be a problem with Vista. Are you running in administrator mode?

Yes i tried that too pressed run as administrator didnt work either

Does it says something like error when it crashes????

Well sometimes it says half-life launcher has stoped working

Just a check. Does this happen only in ESF or does it apear in all HL1 related games/mods?

Well i noticed it only on esf hl works fine and the other mods too

Well maybe the problem is with half-life,or with the game.Or,check youtube for more info.I watched a video 2,3 weeks ago and someone had the same problem.Or try to download it from other website.
