The dev teams depth and artistic ability has been improved by recent technology... it only made sense to edit the content.

Wow... Now that I think about it... ESF really is pretty old.... I grew up with this game.


If it weren't for this game, I wouldn't be searching into the ideas of game design as a job and all.

Technically ESF Final is like 1.4 if you count the Open Beta as 1.3 ^^

But yea i have it and it owns. Especially the secret attack that drops the targets FPS to 4 XD

And it would be the same as with the Open Beta only with different bugs

You are saying the open beta sucks because of the bugs, yet you want an open beta version of the current inteam with the current bugs. Heck some bugs are so bad that they make the game totally unplayable. Add in a crash every couple of minutes and you got the inteam. Its not all the shiny GFX you see in the POTWs. As it was not for the version prior to the Open Beta. Yet actually releasing an open beta was nothing more than a slap in the face from most of the community.
