As far as I know, an Intel Dual Core Optimizer does not exist. I don't think it is needed these days anymore anyway. The AMD Dual Core Optimizer is a piece of software that was written back in 2006, when the first Dual Core processors were released. It was updated a couple of times up to 2008. But I think that the processors run more efficiently nowadays, so you don't need the piece of software anymore to correctly time the timers in the processors themselves.
