I can do it myself.... really to simple... Just Use Clouds>twirl (99) then rechange color! Man u really need much betta work!

No **** I do... I ended up w/ this @ 2nd last step:

just try to combine multipule tutorials. also work with some brushes to make it look more unique.

Dream killer, if youre saying thats the second step in that tut I gave ya, then make the document bigger. You wont get the same outcome if the document is a smaller size. What I used to do is start out with a 500x500 doc, then croped it.
