DragonBall GT Final Bout - Help Plz

Hey I just got a game called Dragon Ball GT Final Bout, and I'm having difficulty getting the secret character SSJ4 Goku. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong: It says to enter a code for several secret characters 1st, which I do successfully, and then it says to press Triangle 5 times, and X 9 times. So I press Triangle 5 times, then as soon as I press X the 1st time, it goes to the next screen.

Does anyone know how to input the code successfully??

I got it from E-bay. It's extremely hard to come by, considering they only made 10 000 copies before stopping production. In my opinion, it's the best db/z/gt game ever made.;D But it's for playstation 1 so it doesn't have the best graphics. Still the best game though.

yea but the reaction time is horrible, but its playable. you press a button and theres a good amount of time between the actual button pressing, and the reaction to it. good game though, i like how they threw in some Z characters in there as well, like vegetto, Z goku, ect.

The reaction time isn't horrible, it's fine. It waits for you to input the whole command, and then it starts the animation. It's the animation that isn't instant. I'm playing it as I type, and as soon as I press the right buttons, the animation to do the move begins. So the reaction time is how it should be.;D
