I have to say first that I really like the upper right corner with the dolphins. The waveforms are nice too. But I have to ask... Why the tiny text? Why the grid? Why the bar of dots? Why the MICR/barcode/DNA prints?

First, empty space when used right can easily be better than filling said space with clutter. It's very Socratian of you to answer my question with a question Hampster, so my answer to that is: what do any of the things I questioned have to do with dolphins?

Doing something "because it looks cool" is not necessarily a good reason.

I didn't necessearily make the wallpaper for myself, I for one have never enjoyed too much trend stuff... so i tried to keep it to a minimum, although i do like the long lines i used, contrasts with the curvy ones.... most people do like trend stuff though, henceforth the term trend.. it looks good, and is easy to use when ya need to fill something up, what would you suggest i fill it up with ..or should I just have nothing?

The filler that you have doesn't necessarily look all that bad, except for the microtext. If anything, you should at least remove that.

Well, if you use dolphins as your anchor point, there's any number of things you could use for that empty space. Water, waves, currents, waveforms, seacharts, reefs, sonic rings or forms, fish, almost anything nautical that ties back to dolphins. For text you could use a similar broad range of concepts. I would say use source material (or even original material) that makes sense in the context of what you're designing.
