Your ISP can see what you're downloading no matter what program you use to do it. However, they are only concerned with distribution. I knew of someone that was downloading TV shows legally, but was still contacted by her ISP because the content she was downloading was being freely shared by others. Watch your distribution, share as little as you can, and you'll be okay. Or rather, support the author and purchase your content =)
