Prep is a slang adjective for the word prepare.

Mankind's greatest problem is that they love to find names to either put themselves above that group, or to simply to file them that way. Does it really matter who belongs to what group as long as we all can learn to get along?

This thread is becoming way to hostile as anybody who shares their opinion gets flamed.

People are posting their opinions, and thats what your asking for. So my question is, why flame them?
I dont belive in Witchcrafy, nor black magic. Necromancy is just stupid. So far, I dont know of any incidents of "necromancers" bringing back dead bodies... however, some of my morecreepier classmates do. They try to curse people And spend their time doing it.... getting red cloths... putting a pic of some guy in... and doing wierd stuff to it... then burning it
The only thing I dislike about Goths is thier additute. Im not saying all of them, but some of them. note the SOME incase I get flamed. Some of them just dont shut up... "I wanna kill myself!" "I this!" "I that!"... This sometimes gets irratating... Its what I dislike.... not what I hate... Not something I have against.... But yea... Thats about it

The problem with Stanz, and possibly goths in general, is he's not prepared to discuss the ups and downs of his, uh, interests. His opinion is law and if you disagree or want him to consider negative points you're instantly small-minded and sad and an *******. Is this true for most goths? I understand that they might be defensive.

I never realised how much people think I am flaming them, my intentions are not to flame them but to counteract their posts and maybe I just do it in a slightly hostile way, I will try not to in the future.

I am not trying to flame atall, I do not believe I am flaming other peoples so called groups, I am simply defending what I believe in gothism and if you were of something like that I doubt im wrong in saying you would defend it aswell.

Magus, I do not like labels very much either and what you said is very true and I feel the same... Miroku is also right however and names for groups like that will always be used but yes you are right in they are still individuals which is why I dont just go to people: Oh your ghetto I dont like you... I give people a chance and form a proper opinion on them first before I go making asumptions about people.

Hampster, That could be true to some people but I know its not for all.

Even if they might be defensive, it give you no right to flame them. Its like racism... Did Hitler not kill Jews because of a different race? Did America not isolate the Japanese because they were thought to be spies? Did America not use African Americans as slaves? Did the Japanese not kill many from Taiwan just because they were different? All the years have passed, and people still hate because of others differences. Why? I dont know.

I hate people because of their personalities. Maybe hate is too strong a word to use... so Ill use dislike. I dislike people, but I dont base their personalities on what race they are. Its like this. Ill make it go according to the topic...

If I dislike a Goth because their a tard, I dont compare him to the rest of his kind. Im Asian. People hate Asians. Why? Because half of them have huge egos. Its true... kinda... But people still think the majority of us are screwed. Thats what I dont like. Thats probably why Stanz standing up to us. Because he doesnt want us to ridicule his belief. But I still dont see why he flames. You played a small part in starting this, did you not?

Indeed, But think about the topic as being about asians and you were me... I am only standing up to my belief and that goths are no less of a person then anyone else.

By the way one of the reasons I flame so much is because of the background I came up in (believe it or not I dont care), I live in a ghetto town where people swear at people and stuff for no reason... Profanity just became part of my regular vocabulary and sometimes I say it infront of people by mistake... But I do have a high level of agression sometimes and that is why you think im trying to flame you all but as I said before I am not trying to offend you from it I am just defending myself and what I believe in.

P.S. Is tard some american/canadian insult cuz ive never heard of it.

I dont think it's got anything to do with the anime connection. I know other asians in internet communities, and I dont think there's any hostile feelings. Although it's not 100% true, the internet is mainly a very tolerant place as long as your not ***, heheh :scared:

I have to agree, catgorizing people is dumb, its what starts proplems. The reason it happens is because some people are arrogant about there specific catagory of religion, race, ect or because peopel odn't understand that rac, religion, ect. If people would spend time trying to understan anothers culture instead of making a prejudice remark, or discriminating them from your specific culture then things would be fine.

I can't think of many wars or political proplems that didn't have somthing to do with peopel not understand another group of peoples, culture, race, religion, sex, ect.

Well, That is true. However I understand religions like christianity and quite frankly I think its the biggest bunch of **** ever. Please do not be offended by this. I am friends and respect people that believe in it but I hate the religion itself and alot of people follow it blindly because either there parents got them into it by making them goto church and stuff or they just saw it as a trend whore thing and that they should believe it. Most people dont even understand it very well and I do and I choose not to believe any of it.
