Budokai 3 Skill shop Problem!

Ok in Budokai 3 I got the "Black membership Card" Allows me to buy any/all skills from the shop...

But the only $50,000 ultimates that come up are:
Super Dragon Fist - Kid Goku
Justice Pose - Gt. Saiyaman
Burning Slash - Trunks


Thats all and only if i buy one the other comes up, so no mater how much i leave and come back justice pose will always be in the bottom Ability TILL i buy it... Then it WILL be Burning SLash, then Super Dragon fist... Then after that it REPEATS, going back to Justice Pose, Then Burning Slash...

Is this a glitch in my game? or am i doing something only triggering there ultimates only?

I have this problem too, with a different 3 Ultimates (Saiyaman is one of them though), have you unlocked everyone? Apparently you have to, and i'm missing #16.

I think the only one im missing are Mr.Satan, Saibaman, Cel Jr.

You have to unlock the next character in the 'pattern' of cycling ultimates in order to continue.

so if its Gt.Saiyaman, kid goku, Trunks, Gohan, Krillin, Dabura... and if i dont have Gohan, but have Krillin and Dabura, then it will just go in the circle of Gt.Saiyaman, kid goku, and Trunks??

Are there any characters you don't have? Gohan's pretty easy to get.

i have gohan, but this was a random example, the only chars i dont have are cell jr and saibaman(i think just those) and i know u get them in dragon arena.

You don't need Cell Jr. or Saibaman to get all Breakthroughs/Ultimates (ofcourse you need them if you want the breakthrough for either Saibamen or Cell Jr. )
