on elements skins, i think you should darkin his skintone more using a contrast layer, and also the highlights on his cheeks look to bright, looks like he has the mumps, but everything else looks good

Nice element, and i think the skintone is just fine. Leave it.

And the whole problem with the arms, thats not because of the model, Its the skinmap (I belive you used Dan's, correct?)

well, youc ant really blame the skinmap, the skinmap didnt have the seam there, he just has to skin at the edges accordingly and that wont happen, its tricky at times, but it is required on some skins,

Hmm, contrast huh...I guess there is less contrast due to the fact that the emissive lighting in my render is only set to half. The skinmaps are my own btw and i'll fix the shoulder area and hair color when i have time.
