sprites

Hey, if anyone knows, how do you edit sprites and if downloadable, what programs do I need to do this. Please post a URL if you know where I can get this, Thanks.

Well how about that u make a model/sprite/sound/what ever else, update pack so ppl dont ask for "can i have the original goku model...bla.....bla....bla" and then put the download link on the main site in differnt packs (not everything in one big pack, cuz it will be kinda stupid for those...

hey does anyone remember the "burning attack fix" where its a ball and not a beam and does any remember that "aura upgrade pacl" where the transformation aura looked better and bigger? if anyone has these i woud greatly apprecate them ^^ and yes i searched all the links

I Just installed the ESF 1.1 mod on my retail counter strike & i Got the bots with it aswell. But when i try to start a LAN game i get an error message that reads "Mod_NumForName:Sprites/voiceicon.spr Not Found" And then it crashes. So Can anyone of you guys help me?

I have been strugleing with the gotenks pack for a couple of days now and I was just wonderin if anyone has a none gotenks pack... just the model and some sounds...and some sprites... but thats it... none of the other crude....THX! :D

This model IS for esf.. Nuttzy's said he will give a try at skinning it and shijing is gonna do some stuff on it aswell.. Im gonna use the sprites shijing made for the old pikkon unless he wants to make new ones.. critz? he has not feet yet..

where do u get diffrent sprites and aurora; cuz out of all those sites they only have like a few iand i want a diffrent charge type thng so its not just flying dots and does any one no where to get animated models??
