how the **** i change my screen rate in esf?!?!?! in all games and desktop my refresh rate is 85 and in esf its 60 how i go to 85??

Does it matter if you go over 60 for refresh rate on a monitor? Does it effect games at all or does it really do anything that would make you go to 75 or higer?

right now my FPS is maxed at 60. Its because every frame is Syncing with the windows refresh rate. I know there is a command to disable this, so i can get beyond 60 FPS, but I cannot figure it out, does anyone know what it is?
