how the **** i change my screen rate in esf?!?!?!
in all games and desktop my refresh rate is 85
and in esf its 60
how i go to 85??

Type fps_max 85 in to the console.

Be happy you have 60 >.> i get 15 to 25

If you have a GeForce Video card..

Right click on desktop --> properties --> settings --> advanced --> click the Geforce tab --> performance & Quality --> Search for "Vertical sync" and set it off.
