how do i get the models such as gotenks,vegetto,etc to work in the game

Can somebody teach me how to use models cause i really really want to use them

Theres A bug that wont let me do anything but tyoe once i get into a server it says : You Cannot Play on this server untill you remove your coloured models, this isnt the first time and it goes on and off its really pissing me off
