Hello, I finally got the dedicated server downloaded and working, however... it does not show up on the ESF server list, EVER... I have no idea why and I have looked at many different ways of fixing it.. I have the port 27015 forwarded, and firewall disabled.. still nothing. Help?

Why is it that when I create a dedicated server I can't see it in the server list? However when I create a listen server (with create server ingame), then I am able to see it in the server list. Any ideas why?
