Yeah, should the ESF team move Vegeta to good side as he's in DBZ ?

When installing ESf 1.2 it warns me about steam and when i try to run it an error comes up and says that I need steam :cry: :cry: :cry: .So can someone please tell me what it is and where i can find it. Thanx A very upset sheep
