Zack's ESF Tool, Help me plz!!

Hey, i downloaded Zack's ESf Tool but when i try to create a server it says "This application failed to start because Steam.dll was not found." I have located hl.exe as it told me. plz help

If you could provide a link to the tool, I can look over it for you, as currently I have no idea what it is.

In that case, are you running steam?
If not, i'm not sure, but if you are, point it into your steam directory and that might help.

I am running steam, it installed into D:\Program Files\Steam

Can you set a location for your steam install from within the program?

no, all it asks for is the hl.exe
