Where To Download Power Level Change Plugin

I believe that power level changing plug-in is something the evm team developed for use amongst themselves when testing, and isn't available to the public. I don't follow those transformation add-ons very closely though so I may be wrong. Besides, why would you use one even if you could, you stinky cheater.

Neither the EVM team nor the EEA team have released their "Power Level" Plugins, and neither group ever will to my knowledge.

The only way to get one is to code it yourself o_o...
