If his board is a SLI board, I demand you take your 7900gt out of your computer, put it in his and run some 7900gt SLI benchmarks :).
We both dont have a SLI mobo, although we both played with the idea for just the benchmarks.

Ah well :(

Straight from System Profiler:

Machine Name: MacBook
Machine Model: MacBook1,1
CPU Type: Intel Core Duo
Number Of Cores: 2
CPU Speed: 2 GHz
L2 Cache (shared): 2 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB11.005F.B00
Serial Number: 4H625124U9E
SMC Version: 1.4f8
Sudden Motion Sensor:
State: Enabled

But everybody, look at my **** graphics! Even when I dual boot with Windows I won't be playing anything awesome. Still, I have to say, WoW runs like hot **** in OSX.

Chipset Model: GMA 950
Type: Display
Bus: Built-In
VRAM (Total): 64 MB of shared system memory

Guh-ads.

I'll just save up and buy the Intel PowerMac when it comes out, :p. Now worries.

I have a friend with the exact same laptop (very simlar specs, not sure of the model number though for the laptop). He took it to a lan I had with about 11 other friends that we had at another friend's dad's office block, where mobile phone servers are kept (they have a lot of sun spark servers and corprate machines, rather noisy office though :(, lot of sound proofing thankfully is installed in the server rooms, however there was a server in the kitchen o_o).

The only thing I would change is the motherboard (975X so I can use Conroe chips in future), plus dvd burners are so cheap these days you masewell get one (My one only cost me $75 AUS). Other then that seems like a pretty good all rounder pc.

Edit: A bios update is to be released for nforce4 intel edition to support conroe chips, so disregard what I have said above in relation to motherboards/chipsets.

Overlord, this thread isn't a suggestion thread. If you have advice, a personal message is for you, assuming you know how to operate that. If you have a problem with this post, contact someone higher than me or request another MCA, whatever suits you.

Holy ****... I finished building this thing, and it is fast as hell!!!!! I've never seen a PC this fast in my life, especially with his 6m Comcast Cable internet.

Oh, btw NEWEGG CAN KISS MY ASS!!!! Them stupid ****ers messed up the shipping, and my cousin's mom (my second cousin) called up newegg and rose hell about it. So in spite of that, they didn't ship it out for 3 weeks.... then she finally got it, IN FLORIDA, and had to ship it to us in MICHIGAN!

****ing asshats!

Im done....
