There is one thing i see wrong. I think his head is too big in proportion to his body. He looks a bit Chibi-ish...

Nataku, you need to fix those eyes, you've placed several lines in there for no reason.

It gives him more of an Uchiha Itachi feel.

Well i see only one line beneth hes eye , but if you see more of them...

Sasuke face has no lines beneth he's eyes when its static/ almost emotion less
While in combat it changes, several extra lines apear

i know you wanted good , but i think it would be more wise for you to study some refs before posting : ) that s a little tip for the future
