How does the double elimination work? You have to beat the fighter twice? Or do you go onto a loser bracket (winners fight winners, losers fight losers)?

You fight one round first to 10. Then you play another match first to 10. If you are tied then you fight again first to 10.

The first person to get 2 defeats over his opponent wins.

How about server situations for US vs EU matches?

I would say Round 1 be on US and Round 2 be on Euro. Or use one of the servers up that gives you the best in ping.
