Team Tournament Mod -> Yea!

i'll try to make it simple :

* each player pick 3 different fighters

* combat take place in an arena similar to cell games arena

* when one of the three fighters of the player loses one of the remaining
fighters take his place... (his foe hp stays the same)
until one of the players got no fighters left.

*the fighter conditions for losing are :
1. he dies
2. he touchs the ground off the fighing platform

* because of the rule above knockback distance will be shorten dramaticly..
and NO throws!

* after each team match both teams get revived
winning team get to choos a prize:
1 senzu
or a SMALL pl bost

this are just my thoughts
i know there are some loose ends like:
what about the players who are not fighting and such..

but maybe you can give an answer for that

Maybe have the inactive fighters models standing somewhere near the arena (obviously made unkillable).

do you guys think that a player should be able to switch fighters during a fight
or will it be too cheap??

I don't like the idea of picking more than one fighter for myself. I'm loyal to the character I choose.

look at this this way

have you never felt you could handel your foe better with a different fighter
and and you didnt want to lose all that you achieved with him??

im not saying you have to play this way ..
its a mod , you choose to play it..

i think the ruls above can apply on a mod
with the same fighter picking as now (one for each player)

BUT because its a very fast paced it could be CS style:

*when you die youll have to wait to till next round to respwan

*a round will end when there is one fighter left

?? could be team OR last men standing style ??

*same reward system

Maybe you could make it like jedi outcast you get 1 char and rotate in matches with wait time

1 thing i dont understand is how can you play with 3 characters? wont they be (statistically speaking) 3 times weaker? Or will the pl be for all 3 characters?
Another thing, Why not make it Ricochet tournament style? It's about the same but it has no teams and one player goes up each time against the last winner. Could change it to have teams although i dont want that.
