I think Brolly is so nerfed.... He sould be remaked to be more realistic.. He sould be more powerfull.. Its a big shame that one of the most powerfull character is so week in this game.. If you make a new model of brolly to download that sould be great.... Thanks a lot

This is ESF we dont have a Brolly in the game >.>
And we never will.
The only characters in 1.2.3 are:
-Buu
-Goku
-Gohan
-Piccolo
-Trunks
-Frieza
-Vegeta
-Krillin
-Cell
And 1.3 will only have:

Because you have ECX. ESF and ECX are 2 difrent things.
ECX is a modification of ESF just like ESF is a modification of Half Life.
ESF never had and never will have Brolly. ECX put it in. But this is not the ECX forum so dont do ECX suggestions here.
