Strange Problem with ESF

when ever i try to play ESF it always gets a [Not Responding] Error right after the WSAENOTSOCK part. I have reinstalled and tried to switch video modes but nothing works. All the other mods i have work when i play them, the only one that dont work is ESF. i would like any help you guys got for me

did u replace the bots .dll when u went back to play multiplayer with the hl.dll?

I have the same problem, but that doesnt stop me from playing. And also I have no IPX connection, what is that?

where does it tell u that u have an IPX connection.
