Steam Error Problem

I had no problem with steam ever since I got it but know I have this error that comes up its called ClassInvariant Assertion Failed, this what it says in it.

Can someone help me out this one error wont let me in steam, so that means I can't play esf and I'm a clan member so, me and my clan practices from time to time and I try to look for new members to join, but until this error is fixed I cant do nothing. Please someone help me out. I already tried to reply ignore and abort please help.

reinstall steam, but backup your GCF files, so you wont have to redownload them.

i did that because i got an error like that during the steam update, then after that it worked once then froze, then when i restarted it this error came up.
