it looks clean 80 percent of it but you have some heavy problems with the polyflow and human anatomy proportions and shape
for example his upper and lower arms are way to small with a few cm and that drags down his hands too, his punch will be very small compare with the rest
shape doesn't resemble naruto's 16th years face, it has to many polygons, wrong loop for animations and a few connection that miss even if the vertex is inside his head
You should start creating photorealistic models to get used with the proportions, start rigging and see how it reacts

As feedback right now the face is still gives the man feeling resemble and like penix said you can do a lot more stuff with ZBrush. Right now there are no details at all. But your still dealing with
Try to work with layers, make her iris, eyebrows, add skin details, lips details, hair details, ears details etc
