Searching for GOOD XP Anime Themes

I was just wondering where everyone gets their nice backgrounds and themes from.
Because I'm still searching for a GOOD Cowboy Bebop and other themes for XP with nice start bars and all very GOOD... but I can't find them anywhere.... Maybe I'm not searching in the right places...

I do believe there are some decent Anime themes on themexp.org. What I do for something like an anime is find a nice wallpaper and then a Visual Style (skin) to match it, and voila, with the exception of Icons, you have an anime theme.

I've already checked on themeworld.com, but that's more for win98....
I also have looked around a lot of other places like.. www.wincustomize.com but they don't have GOOD anime themes...
