I dont like this one too much... the scanline effect makes the entire bg look low-quality and pixelated. I think if you toned down its harshness it would look better, but nice idea and image placement.

because san andreas is GTA, which is pure coolness, even if it was based on 10 year old hippies, the game itself pwns.

Top: Fonts smaller than anything ive seen before, and the black/graphic make it seem almost dead. 7/10 since it is done well even with a lack of anything memorable ;O

bottom: hmm... wth is it? thats all i can say, nothing at all in it apart from a pic of somthing thats supposed to be humourous to people.. didnt work :O 3/10

That's one rad pic, and everything else just flows off of it really good. I really like the general layout of the whole thing too. My only problem with it is the "Soulicro" text, it looks out of place, but the Subzero text fits perfectly.
