Problems when Playing ESF

Hello, I need help friends, I am not getting to enter and to play ESF, because when I enter gives those following messages: "Could not open bitmap file", 'gfx/shell/bnts_main.bmp', and the other message is like this: "Keyboard bindings file, 'kb_keys.lst', is a empty." Can anybody help myself to repair that defect?
Observation: Excuse for me is doing a same topic my other post, because I really need help and story with you.

have u tryed re-installing.
and if u have why dont u create a blank bitmap and put it in there? (i dunno what that will do but it would be the frist things i would try)

Are you installing the dedicated server? IF so dont, it has a ton of problems with it...just wait a few hours till the Client version is out.
