Problems w/ esf

These are the problems i encounter:

1. When i install the full installer of esf 1.2.3 i only got 8 characters:goku,vegeta,gohan,piccolo,frieza,krilin,cell,majin buu(doesnt have any transformations). And there is no background music.

2. Cant download anything from the files section. When i click something, it only takes me back to the same page.

Pls help! I wanna play ESF sooo baadd!!! I have steam half-life and i want to DL the full installer of ESF 1.3. Can someone give me a link?? tnx

1. Each of the eight characters has one transformation. In order to transform, you need to fill the "CF" bar (by killing opponents). Only once it's full will you be able to transform.

As for the background music, try hitting "F9" while in-game and see if that brings up the MP3 player. If not, then you need to make sure that the "MP3 Player" (or something similar) is on under "Options".

2. None of the links listed in the "Files" page work.
