This is about how I suggested "Atomic Blast" at one time: Of course I've always described "IT" as a "Ki-Bullet" but that's just me..

(lighting around aura, light trail during charge *shows attack path*,etc. but would probably be left to an animator to do..like the Galit Gun edits for the animation and sprite..
