Power struggle bug

If two people are power struggling, you can stop it buy launch any non beam attack and they will die(considering they aren't on there team), but aren't they suppose to be invincable in PSes?

If they meant to put it in (which I don't think they did, since it says the opposite in the features list) then they should just say so.

I'd stop talking about it, but it hasn't been included in the offical bugs yet, so maybe if we get more people to state this obvious bug, they'll actually take notice.
