Play-able characters

would it be possible to re-skin existing characters? How easy or difficult would it be to do a reskin something as simple as turn goku into vegetto; or Frieza into Cooler?

PS:: I think ss2 vegetta coulda totally killed majin buu if he turned all the power from his ultimate sacrifice into an ultimate sacrificial final flash ^_^

All you really have to do in that case is just replace models. You can do it in ESF 1.2.3. It should work the same way in Final. Though I think they have something planned as well.
