Options for voices like the other dubs

At the moment in 1.2.3 we pretty-much have 2 choices for voices, The Japanese version and 1 that is practically the Funimation dub.

Some people prefer the ocean dub, Kai(un-cut) etc.

Here is an idea on how they sound:

All rather different, I personally grew up with the ocean dub, As other people might have.
I am sure quite a few people can impersonate the other dubs aside from the one we have now.

Who thinks this is a good idea?

The original Japanese manga actually said "Its over 8000", 9000 sounded better so they used 9000. But the last one stayed true to the manga and said the original "Its over 8000".

I think it's a simple mistake rather than "9000 sounded better".

Anyway, it would kinda be best if ESF went with DBZ Kai's dub, because FUNi has made a much better job with it than originally with DBZ. But I guess it's too late to propose that? It's just that FUNimation has given the techniques their own names instead of leaving the original ones or at least translating them correctly.

I prefer Funimation's DBZ over Kai Voices. Mainly Gohan and Frieza's voice sounded so much better to me. I'm not too much of a fan of Gohan's voice in Kai.

Frankly, I haven't even seen DBZ Kai (not really interested in DB anime), so I don't know the situation with voices and all. I'm just aware that it's much better in terms of translation accuracy. While ESF won't be featuring long character dialogs/speeches, my point about technique names is valid.

Well.. I wouldn't mind it being like ESF 1.2.3 and have English and Japanese. I mean... It is a bit of work though due to the amount of Characters and the increase in sounds used.

Well yea, but it pretty much just listed everything he fixed up. I would actually like to try helping with the sounds as well. It was where I pretty much started with TeamRaD.

Not a fan of anyone's voice in Kai, the villains sound horrible and campy, and it seems like no one aside from goku took their role seriously. I'm all about the old school. Frieza sounded the best impersonating an old woman!

When I found out how many taunts each character has it really surprised me - upwards of like 20 each character or something like that.

Each taunt wont have its own unique mouth movements right?...........

At current count (may go up or down) the character voice clips alone total 5,081 unique files. I am NOT making more XD When we release, people are welcome to source their own audio and make replacement packs XD
