Srry for the major delay, but i was having problems with the program i d/led so i had to file a complaint to Fileplanet. Well here's the zip. MonsterPlugin.zip
*The monster_mm file is already replaced with the esf one (as said in my READ THIS FIRST.txt). Hope this helps, and if you people need the source-code too, i'll update the zip :D
*EDIT- Well, i typed meta list and a list popped up for meta-mod plugins. For the monster, it said badf load what does that mean? Other than that..its still dont work for me.

then you got a problem with your plugins.ini, it doesn't point to the .dll
me installed it in his metamod dir
I've got
win32 addons/metamod/monster_mm.dll
and in the readme it tells you to extract it in your dlls/ dir (and i'd have extracted it in addons/monsters/dlls/ :p) but i think it doesn't matter, it's just that your plugins.ini must point to the dll
btw .. it doens't mater if it's "/" or "\" in the .ini

OK! So what your saying, the plugin.ini has to ONLY have that in it? Maybe thats why then :\ . Fishsticks, i should've tried that in the first place. I'm gonna try that and see if it works.
*EDIT- Oops! I forgot that mine is in addons/metamod/dlls/ I finnally fixed it (i think :( ) now the only thing left to do is test... (plz, god. I know you ignore me because i dont go to church anymore, and i gave up religion, but plz let this work now!!!)

Well, too bad its not good to spawn them in esf_maps. Its better to use the dbz_maps because your above the ground a little. and the monsters wont get stuck. I bow to the maker of this wonderfull plugin.
**First experience with the monsters**
monster zombie ImpTaimer (for some reason Omni'roth wouldnt work)
-Hears zombie but can see it...
*Gets thrown 50 feet*
Response- "WTF WAS THAT!"
Response2- *Turns around to see a big lurky figure*
Response3- *Uses destructo disk but it passes right throught*
*Zombie throws ImpTaimer 50 meters away again.*
Response: Flies up and charges scatter beam
*Zombie stands there doing nothing*
Response: Shoots scatter beam at zombie and it falls to the ground lifeless*
Response2: KOOOL!
I recommend people to use this, but not just in esf :D . I am now trying to make them work for Bumbercar mod.

btw how do you want to kill the monsters in bumpercars :p

You can edit the code to make the apaches and controllers move, I asked about it along time ago on BotMan's forums but didn't understand it cuz when it comes to coding...i r teh ub3r suck

Oh poo, it doenst work for Bumbercar mod. I dont know why, but it says something about not enough space to spawn monster...so i guess it wont work :crying: Bumpercar mod is the funnest when your bored (or one of your arms are broken) because all you is move forward, backwards, and turn left and righ :laff: . The only way to kill people is to nock them off a ledge or into a hazard (kinda like Robot Warz). But now, i'm gonna fiddle with the monsters in other games. Right now i'm gonna try the Specialist (oh god this will be fun if it works). so by tomarrow i'll have some news on it :D .

ImpTaimer does your download include both Me's and Botmans or 1 of them? And I think this should be a sticky since monsters are c00l :).

His is the ESF version, he said to download BotMan's because BotMan's came with the cfgs and readme.

Ok, I'm almost sure the Botman's Monster Metamod Plugin works with every HL multiplayer mod (except ESF but [Me] already made a fix for it). The only one i'm having trouble working the Monster Plugin is with Master Sword. The metamod and plugin is installed right, I start a lan game, but it just crashes when i add a monster in the game ;( . I think it's just because that game requires HL ports and mine are screwed up. If thats not the case, i dont know what, and i'm trying to find out what.
P.S.- I would have said this yesterday, but i was really tired from taking old stuff out of the attic and basement and seeing what was of great family value (and personal), and... fell asleep :laff: ... :\ (dont know why i laughed), but i guess the only hard part about the Monster Metamod Plugin is making spawning points for the monsters. I'm not gonna bother with that, i hate being frustrated...
