That means the server you are trying to connect to is a LAN server.

To fix that problem the server host needs to type "sv_lan 0" into his console.

thats with all the servers on the internet server list... ALL the servers.. maybe i should set some command?

Hm..what i must do to play on one of these servers http://www.gametiger.net/search?game=all&mod=esf ...beacause LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C). What does it means ????
