Please help me , i cant crate a local game server.When i try to start a local game,the game starts loading but stops on half and nothing.I can only start a local game server when i make max players 1.But when i do that i cant play i can just look around.Its ****ed up.Help plzz!!!

Well i was just wondering if its possible to find servers in Australia, if there are any such servers, and if so how to find them. Cause the ping of 700 anywhere up to 2500 (stuck on the spot) is infuriating. note i only have a 56k modem
