Installer: Missing MSVBVM60.DLL! [Problem]

Ok the last time i got a problem installing anything was 3 years ago ...but when i try to install the new patch it says missing "MSVBVM60.DLL"

Honestly I have no clue,

it's probably windows 98 that's causing it, cause I can't remember other testers using windows 98...
but I'm not to sure....

Since our tool coder chose to make the installer on the WISE engine and code/script in VB - you will have to download the Visual-Basic runtimes and install them on your system. The fact that you have Windows 98 explains why your system doesn't have them by default (unlike XP which does).

http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/install/6/Win98Me/EN-US/VBRun60.exe

Download and install that file, and then try using the installer again. It should work. In the extremely unlikely event that it doesn't work, feel free to post back with the problem.
