I need to know how Monitor Refresh Settings influence the FPS of ESF - ingame - ifany

MONITOR >> MONITOR SETTINGS >> SCREEN REFRESH RATE
SCREEN REFRESH RATE >> 60 - 144 HERTZ,
currently is 60!
also my currently MAX_FPS is 60!
I want to knowbs is I would make refresh rate lets say 85,
I want to knowbs is it will improve the FPS...?

Simple. Your graphics card has a feature that stops vertical shearing. Known as V-Synch, it's a classic trade off. More FPS or more framerate? You're monitor refreshes at 60 hz, and to eliminate the shearing effect V-synch caps your framrate so the rather ugly artifact doesn't appear. (to test this, power up HL, turn off V-synch and turn real fast)

It's all up to how pretty or fast you want it.
