i need a lil sound changing help =S

Is there any way to change an mp3 to a midi file with polyfonic sound? i tried some mp3 midi converters but then u always get stupid piano only midi's and thats not exactly what im searching for, i would be happy if someone could help meh

well...i work with midi myself...and uhm...as long as your playing them thru the PC i dont believe its possible (although i could be wrong). however using a MIDI compatible keyboard or synthesizer, would make it possible...

well a friend of mine had a converter that converted wavs to polyfonic midi's, but he kinda lost the program and he cant find it anymore either
