How to Choose a personal ICON not from the Forum`s List?

please tell me what do I need to do if I want to put in the personal ICON my icon and not one of your forum`s list what should I do?
( I already have this ICON on an http............... now what?? ............... ) ?

In other word where is the text box where I enter the adress of my ICON(a .GIF FILE)?
